Step 1. Site Inspection & Technical Consultation

Step 2. Surface Preparation
Grinding, cleaning oil and dust, sealing cracks. For concrete floors, surface roughness is created; for steel tanks, sandblasting SA2.5 is applied to increase adhesion.
Step 3. Primer Layer Application
A thin layer of epoxy or polyester primer is applied to create bonding between the surface and the FRP composite layer.
Step 4. FRP Lamination
