WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty cases

  • The damaged product is determined to be due to the manufacturer’s error and is still under warranty.
  • The product has not been repaired by a third party.
  • The warranty card is intact, not torn or altered.

Customers will not incur warranty fees, but shipping and receiving fees will be paid by the customer.

2. Cases not covered by warranty

  • Products whose origin cannot be determined were purchased at AT Newtech.
  • The product has exceeded the expiration date stated on the warranty card or lost the warranty card.
  • Warranty card is torn and no longer intact.
  • The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, or due to fire or natural disaster.
  • The product is damaged due to improper use in the instruction manual.
  • Arbitrarily disassemble, change product structure, use incorrect instructions, or use incorrect components.

3. In case of repair fee

  • In case the product purchased at AT Newtech falls into the cases not covered by the warranty mentioned above, the company will repair it for a fee (if you request).
  • Repair fees will be negotiated by AT Newtech with you.
