SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY AT ATNEWTECH

CNM AN TAM CO., LTD. provides sales & cash-on-delivery services across Vietnam.
– Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the goods and compare the products with the documents and warranty certificates (if available) before accepting the delivery. In case the customer asks someone else to receive the goods, they must also inspect the items carefully before acceptance. Once the delivery is successfully made, ATNEWTECH is only responsible for technical issues caused by the manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return policy and Warranty regulations). Any other cases are not the responsibility of ATNEWTECH.
– Customers should note that all products sold by ATNEWTECH come with full documentation, such as: Sales invoices; and/or Delivery slips; and/or Delivery notes; and/or Financial invoices (if requested by the customer). Therefore, customers have the right to refuse delivery if any of the four required documents are missing. This ensures the quality of the product, ensures that you are purchasing the correct item from ATNEWTECH, and protects your rights regarding exchanges/returns.
– Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as: incorrect customer address, customer not being at home, the delivery staff unable to contact the customer, natural disasters, fires, etc. If the delay is caused by CNM AN TAM CO., LTD., we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.
– If the delivery has been delayed beyond the expected time, and the customer has not received the goods, please provide feedback so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible. If you wish to change the order (such as changing the product, canceling the order, etc.) while waiting for the delivery, and the service has not yet dispatched the goods, please notify ATNEWTECH so that we can coordinate with the delivery service.
Currently, we offer the following delivery methods:
1. Pick Up Directly at ATNEWTECH
– Customers purchasing at CNM AN TAM CO., LTD.’s head office or branches will receive their goods directly at the store.
– Please check the goods carefully, compare the products with the documents and warranty certificates (if available) before accepting the delivery.
– The sales staff will provide all necessary documentation, including the Sales invoice; and/or Financial invoice (if requested). Customers have the right to ask the sales staff for the documentation if not provided promptly.
2. Delivery by Our Delivery Staff to the Customer’s Home
– For customers located in distant districts or provinces, if our ATNEWTECH staff cannot deliver the products, ATNEWTECH will authorize reputable delivery companies such as VNPT, Viettel, or other reliable delivery services.
– When placing an order, customers are kindly requested to fill in all the required and accurate information to facilitate quick and smooth delivery and payment. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
– Delivery time depends on whether you choose express delivery or regular delivery. These times are approximate:
  • Delivery Time: From 0 to 1 day
  • Shipping Time: From 3 to 5 days
– Please inspect the goods carefully when receiving them from the delivery staff. If there are any issues related to the type, quality, or quantity of the goods that do not match the order, please notify us immediately to work with the delivery service to resolve the issue.
4. Delivery via Passenger Bus (Bus Service) at Bus Stations
– This delivery method is typically used for customers in remote areas, where they may have a trusted acquaintance or relative who can receive the goods via the passenger bus.
– AN TAM CO., LTD. will deliver the goods to the customer via passenger bus as per the customer’s request.
– Please provide us with accurate information about the bus service: Bus name, bus owner/driver’s name, license plate number, bus arrival and departure times at bus stations, and any other relevant details.
– Customers are required to pay the full order amount before ATNEWTECH dispatches the goods or before the bus company pays the total order value before receiving the goods. Additionally, customers should request the bus owner (or the person receiving the goods from ATNEWTECH) to check the goods carefully before acceptance.
– AN TAM CO., LTD. offers free delivery for orders valued at 600,000 VND (Six Hundred Thousand VND) or more from the company or ATNEWTECH branches to selected bus stations within a 15km radius.
