– In case the customer discovers/has likely discovered that the goods are defective or do not meet quality standards but still intentionally uses them, AT Newtech will not resolve and is not responsible for this issue.

4. Return/Exchange fee:

All direct costs incurred related to returning defective goods due to manufacturer errors or goods delivered that do not meet quality standards will be supported by AT Newtech completely free of charge.
